God our Heavenly Father is our all knowing and all loving creator, healer and sustainer of life. He is the great I Am, he is our smile and the reasons behind our smile, he is that small still voice that guides us on our way, he is our strength when we are weak or weary, he is our hope, he is our Father.

Our father loves us- his creations dearly but he doesn't like it when we sin. Sin separates us from God, sin is disobedience to God's word, will and his ways, but he made a way for us to be free from all sin and shackles that keep us bound by sending his only son Jesus to die for us on the cross. Jesus is our Saviour, he is the bridge from earth to heaven, his sacrifice was and is enough to cleanse us from all unrighteousness and bring us closer to God. When we accept Jesus as our personal Lord and Saviour we are accepting the Father's gift of salvation and choosing to believe in him and to follow him all the days of our lives. When we confess with our mouths and believe in our hearts that Jesus died on the cross and that God had raised him up from the dead, the Holy Spirit comes and dwell with us on the inside. With the Holy Spirit we become more conscious of what to do and what not to do, we are convicted when we sin and led to repent before the Father. The Holy Spirit is a person and apart of the Trinity(the God-head). The Holy Spirit is the comforter that Jesus promised us would come after he departed from earth. The Holy Spirit is gentle and he comes like a dove, wind, fire, water or oil. The more we listen to the Holy Spirit the more we will be in tuned with the ways of the Father and will walk in obedience to his will and ultimate purpose for our lives.

Ain't this something? I love it...the trinity is so complex but yet God allow us to understand some of this doctrine. The Trinity is real and very profound. Nice food for the soil indeed.
